Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your litter mat.

 

Damaged, defective or wrong item: contact us within 15 days of delivery at ana.gisela@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the item.

 

Changed your mind: you can request a return within 15 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Please contact us first for return instructions; items sent back without contacting us cannot be processed. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

 

Order never arrived: if your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we will resend it or refund it.
